Dinamic Meditacion or Meditative Dance!

Dance is the oldest human artistic form.
The circle denotes eternity, fullness, community and unity. It’s a sacred space.
When we dance we create a new energy.
Synchronizing our body movements with the music we generate a high vibration.
In the circle we are all the same. It transcends age, culture, religion.
Through the movements we can find ourselves, we connect with our own center. And from there we connect with the others finding community. We are one!

She has trained in all forms of dance since the age of three (Ballet, Flamenco, Jazz, Tango, Salsa, Brazilian rhythms, Modern, Contemporary, Bodily Expression, Tap, Acro Sport, Mime).
Her focus now is on dance as energy. How we use, direct and raised energy through the dance as a powerful healing tool.
